Measurement System Assessment (MSA)
This 2-day course is an excellent primer or follow-up to SPC-IQ® because it provides an understanding of the underlying concepts and methods of Measurement System Assessment (MSA). The course teaches the components of the measurement system process and sources of measurement system variation. This course covers the fundamental concepts and methods needed to assess the capability and reliability of measurement systems. Both the Range and ANOVA methods of Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gage R&R) studies are covered in detail. Knowledge of basic algebra is helpful.
