Mr. Campbell joined the Pinnacle team after serving as the Manager of Resource Development for Alcon Manufacturing's Medical Device Division where he championed continuous organizational development objectives and drove facility-wide culture change.  His achievements include:

• Implemented a formal Lean Management Culture and Programs, including Pinnacle's Lean EMS®
• Pioneered the Alcon Houston and Rice University Leadership Symposium
• Established Leadership Challenge Program format, curriculum and requirements
• Developed and implemented a balanced Safety, Training and Workers Comp program
